So I saw a new "water" drink at the grocery store today made under the Special K name. They are protein drinks. There were only 5g protein, and it was a full 16 oz!! HUGE!! I'm assuming that would be just far too much liquid to validate only 5g of protein ( Read more... )

I got this sample from vitalady.com. It's 1.5 scoops and has 27g of protein.

This one was OK too. It has a light chocolate flavor and I could smell a little peanut, but I couldn't taste it or the caramel. It did mask the whey taste fairly well. I don't think I will order more of this one because it just wasn't very special.

So I have found I LOVE the new special K  waters. They only have 50 cals  and 5 grams of protien. I was wondering what your guys take on it. Have any of you post ops tried it- and is it a good idea? I seem to be feeling better since I get the extra protien in.

Do any of you who are post op think this is a good buy? Have you bought it? What did you think?
